I've finally found a daily life that I love. It means I've been working less, travelling around my neigbouring towns, I've settled in my village and I've had even more private clients - and I've really started to do my sound healing that I learned in India.
I've travelled to Düsseldorf again. It's such an amazing thing to be in another yoga room, soaking up another energy, another culture and teaching style - and meeting new people and helping them finding their way. I really appreciate the studios that open their doors for me and I aim to be a good ambassador for them in every situation. Thank you to all the lovelies @karmakarmayoga.
I'll be returning to Düsseldorf and KarmaKarma Yoga in October to be part of a yoga teacher training - something I love and find extremely important. I think new teachers should see and experience as many different teachers as possible to be able to find their own way.
If you're in Düsseldorf and you wanna pop in, please do! Check this page for information https://www.karmakarma.de - I'll be there 25th-26th of October and will be doing an open workshop as well. I look forward to meeting you!!
I'm in the middle of planning a workshop in December with https://dominique-link.de, a dear friend and very talented vinyasa flow teacher at Neumühle Saar on the Luxembourgish border. Check this https://www.yogahjerte.org/yoga-specials for more information. This is 12th-15th of December, so a very nice opportunity to chill out before Christmas.
My next major target is the journey to Varkala Beach - my favourite place in the world - with a group of people in October '25. Wanna know more about that, check this https://www.yogahjerte.org/yoga-specials.
AND I'm currently playing with the idea to make a yoga day in Freisen this year - an entire day of energy, shamanic travels, sound healing and different types of yoga. If you have any ideas for that, plase feel free to contact me - would love to hear your ideas!
